Refund Policy for Court Bookings
Reservations
- Courts must be booked in advance through our website or other authorized booking platforms.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Cancellations
- Non-Refundable Cancellations: All cancellations made will not be refunded.
No-Shows
- If the user fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the reserved time, the booking will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
- Late arrivals will not be accommodated by extending the booking duration.
Rescheduling
- Please note that rescheduling is not permitted. Please review and confirm all booking details before making payment, as all payments are final and non-refundable.
Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
- In the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that make court usage unsafe or impractical, Pickle Sky may issue a refund or allow a reschedule at no extra charge. This decision is at the sole discretion of management.
Note: Pickle Sky reserves the right to deny entry or cancel reservations for customers who fail to adhere to our rules and regulations.
Online Credit
- Non-Refundable: Online credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
- Usage Limitations: Online credits are valid only for purchases made directly on the Pickle Sky website. They cannot be applied to third-party platforms or services.
- Expiration: Online credits must be used within 12 months of issuance unless otherwise specified.
